Because on the cover you will find a fantastic illustration created by Andy Smith. It represents a city scape of London incorporating all the countries competing in the Olympic games, even Palau.
Pure genius.
I'd love to share this but as I am based in the country that gave birth to the Olympics all those thousands of years ago, I need to be able to show my Greek friends where their nation is on this map.

ReplyDeleteOK, I found it. Greece is shown in slightly cursive letters in the front window of a taxi cub in the top right hand corner. Rather hidden away, when you consider Greece is where it all started, but never mind, it's a terrific concept.
